WHO I AM
I’m a licensed professional counselor based in Central Oregon offering short-term, focused, evidence-based therapy throughout Oregon via telehealth, grounded in research rather than intuition, trends, or wellness culture. I’ve spent years working in medical settings alongside physicians and specialists, and referrals from healthcare providers are welcome. I work best with people who are ready to engage actively and want a clear endpoint rather than open-ended therapy.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, perfectionism, insomnia, nightmare disorder, and behavioral addictions including compulsive internet use, pornography, gaming, and other patterns that have become hard to control despite real costs to your life.
The goal is straightforward: less of what’s getting in the way, more of what makes your life work, in as little time as possible.
TYPE OF THERAPY
This is not talk therapy or insight-oriented work. It is active, experiential, and exposure-based, meaning we work directly with anxiety, avoidance, and the patterns maintaining your symptoms rather than talking about them from a safe distance. I draw primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and inhibitory learning-based exposure methods. For sleep, I integrate ACT with current evidence-based insomnia and nightmare treatment protocols.
This kind of work requires real engagement between sessions, not just showing up once a week.
FEES
I am currently private pay. My session fee is $150 per 60-minute session.
If this sounds like a good fit, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation or schedule directly.
